Note:    The register may be accessed at Authority This instrument is made under section 335 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993. 4        Schedule Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable item in the Schedule. Schedule 1—Amendments ASIC Class Order [CO 14/509] 1        In paragraph 6 (notional subregulation 2.38(4A)) Omit “1 July 2016” (twice occurring), substitute “30 June 2017”.
