1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) Repeal Instrument 2020/831.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the later of:

(a)     12 October 2020; and

(b)     20 business days after the day this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subrule 6.2.1(4) of the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Rules).  

4        Schedule

Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.

Repeal the instrument.
