This is the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Futures Markets) Class Waiver Amendment Instrument 2020/229.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subrule 1.2.1(1) and rule 1.2.3 of the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Futures Markets) 2017.
