This is the ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2023/195.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under paragraphs 655A(1)(b), 669(1)(b) and 673(1)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001.
