This is the ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2016/969.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under paragraphs 601QA(1)(a), 741(1)(a), 951B(1)(a), 1020F(1)(a) and 1020F(1)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001.
