Part 1—Preliminary

1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2016/768.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Note:    The register may be accessed at Authority

This instrument is made under or for the purposes of:

(a)     subsections 951B(1) and 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001; and

(b)     the following subregulations of the Corporations Regulations 2001:

(i)      subregulations 7.7.11(2) and (3);

(ii)     subregulations 7.7.12(2) and (3);

(iii)    subregulations 7.7.13A(1) and (2);

(iv)    subregulations 7.9.15B(1) and (2).

4        Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable item in the Schedule.
