1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2019/202.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation

This instrument is made under paragraph 907D(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Each instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.

1        Section 5

Omit “From 2 April 2018 to 1 April 2019, a”, substitute “A”.

2        Section 5

After “in relation to a Forward Rate Agreement”, insert “that was entered into before 2 April 2020”.
