1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2019/1037.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsections 741(1) and 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.

1        Section 4 (definition of custodian)

In paragraph (c) after “operation”, insert “of”

2        Paragraph 8(1)(c)

Omit “subsection (4)”, substitute “subsection (5)”
