1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2017/577.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the later of:

(a)     the day of its gazettal; and

(b)     the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Note:    The register may be accessed at Authority

This instrument is made under paragraphs 601QA(1)(a) and 911A(2)(l) of Corporations Act 2001.

4        Schedule

The instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.

1        Paragraph 8

Repeal the paragraph.

2        Sub-subparagraph 10(e)(vi)

Omit “; and” substitute “.”.

3        Subparagraph 10(f)

Repeal the subparagraph.

4        Paragraph 10

Omit the text after subparagraph 10(e).
