1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2016/513.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the later of:

(a)     the day of its gazettal; and

(b)     the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Note:    The register may be accessed at Authority

This instrument is made under paragraphs 601QA(1)(a) and 911A(2)(l) of the Corporations Act 2001.

The instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.

1        Sub-subparagraph 10(f)(i)

Omit “30 June 2016;”, substitute “30 June 2017;”.

2        Sub-subparagraph 10(f)(ii)

Omit “30 June 2017.”, substitute “30 June 2018.”.
