Note:    The register may be accessed at Authority This instrument is made under paragraph 911A(2)(l) of the Corporations Act 2001. 4        Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned. Schedule 1—Amendments ASIC Class Order [CO 03/1063] 1        Paragraph (c) After “financial counselling service”, insert “, other than fees or charges (if any) that are payable on behalf of the client by the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory”.
