Part 1—Preliminary
1 Name of legislative instrument
This instrument is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment and Repeal) Instrument 2016/0043.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

This instrument is made under paragraph 907D(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001.
4 Schedule
(1) Each instrument specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned.
(2) Item 1 of Schedule 1 only has effect to the extent that the amendments made to the ASIC Corporations (Derivative Transaction Reporting Exemption) Instrument 2015/844 by the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2016/0030 do not take effect on the day the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2016/0030 commences.
(3) Item 1 of Schedule 2 only has effect to the extent that the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2016/0030 is not repealed by the operation of section 48A of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Omit “31 January 2016”, substitute “31 January 2017”.
