4Definitions

In this instrument, unless the contrary intention appears, capitalised terms have the meaning given by the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (APX Market) 2013.

Part 2Waiver5Waiver from requirements relating to Responsible Executives.
  1. (1)

    ASIC relieves a Market Participant from the obligation to comply with:

    1. (a)

      subrule 2.3.3(1) of the Rules;

    2. (b)

      Rule 2.3.4 of the Rules; and

    3. (c)

      subrule 2.3.5(1) of the Rules.
