4Definitions

In this instrument, unless the contrary intention appears, capitalised terms have the meaning given by the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Chi-X Australia Market) 2011.

Part 2Waiver5Waiver from requirements relating to Responsible Executives.
  1. (1)

    ASIC relieves a Market Participant from the obligation to comply with:

    1. (a)

      subrule 2.3.3(1) of the Rules;

    2. (b)

      Rule 2.3.4 of the Rules; and

    3. (c)

      subrule 2.3.5(1) of the Rules.
