This instrument has effect under s328(1)(a) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.

Enabling legislation
1. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under paragraph 328(1)(a) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (the Act).
Title
2. This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 13/830].
Commencement
3. This instrument commences on the later of:
(a) the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003; and
(b) 1 July 2013.

Exemption
4. A RSE licensee of a registrable superannuation entity does not have to comply with subsection 29QB(1) of the Act until 1 July 2014.
