Corporations Act 2001 – Subsection 601YAA(1) – Variation

Enabling provision

1. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under subsection 601YAA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).

Title

2.       This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 11/1262].

Commencement

3.       This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Note:   An instrument is registered when it is recorded on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI) in electronic form: see Legislative Instruments Act 2003, section 4 (definition of register). The FRLI may be accessed at ASIC Class Order [CO 11/407] is varied as follows:

(a)     in paragraph 4 omit “8 December 2011.”, substitute “30 April 2012.”;

(b) in notional section 1495A of the Act as set out in paragraph 5:

(i)      in subsection (2) omit “7 December 2011:”, substitute “29 April 2012:”;

(ii)     in the note under subsection (2) omit “7 December 2011,”, substitute “29 April 2012,”.
