Revocation and Variation

Enabling legislation

1. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under paragraphs 1020F(1)(a) and (c) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Title

2.       This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 09/1063].

Commencement

3.       This instrument commences on the later of:

(a)     the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003; and

(b) the commencement of Schedule 3 to the Corporations Amendment (Short Selling) Act 2008.

Revocation

4. ASIC Class Order [CO 08/751] is revoked.

Variation

5. ASIC Class Order [CO 08/764] is varied by omitting paragraphs 5 to 9 (including all headings and subheadings).
