Corporations Act 2001 - Subsection 341(1) – Variation

Under subsection 341(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 the Australian Securities and Investments Commission varies Class Order [CO 98/107] as follows:

1. in the heading, omit "Law", substitute "Act 2001";

1. in the first paragraph (introductory words) omit "Corporations Law ("the Law")", substitute "Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act")";

1. in the words appearing between paragraphs (b) and (c) omit "Law specified in the Schedule", substitute "Act specified in the Schedule in relation to financial years and half-years commencing on or before 31 December 2004";

1. in subparagraph (c)(i) omit "(notice of which three standards was published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 14 October 1999)";

1. in paragraph (e) omit "Law", substitute "Act"; and

1. in the first paragraph of the Schedule omit "paragraph 297 of the Law", substitute "section 297 of the Act".
