  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of items 1 to 48 of Schedule 1 to the Corporations Amendment (Insolvency) Act 2007.

  1. Amendment of Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001.

insert

8AAPrescribed professional disciplinary bodies

For paragraph 127 (4) (d) of the Act, the following professional bodies are prescribed:

(a)The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia;

(b)CPA Australia;

(c)National Institute of Accountants.
