Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 11 May 2006.

Amendment of Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001.

For paragraph 12GNA (2) (a) of the Act, a scheme in the following table is prescribed:
