Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 3 September 2015, the Western Australian Branch of the Australian Road

Transport Industrial Organization lodged with the Fair Work Commission prescribed

information. Further prescribed information was lodged on 14 September 2015. The

prescribed information is in relation to an election for the following offices due to insufficient

nominations in E2014/268:

Branch Committee Members (6)

Branch President

Branch Vice-Presidents (2)

Branch Secretary/Treasurer

Branch Representative to Council

Branch Alternate Representative to Council

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
