STATUTORY RULES

1932. No. 47.

REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1927.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1927, to come into operation forthwith.

Australian Rifle Club Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1931, No. 120.)

Amendment.

Regulation 35 is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following words:—

“: provided that this Regulation shall not apply to any property of the Commonwealth supplied to a unit of the Military Forces.”
