I, KIM CARR, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, having satisfied myself of the matters set out in section 59 of the Australian Research Council Act 2001 (the Act), approve, in accordance with section 61 of the Act, variation of the ARC Linkage Infrastructure, Equipment and Facilities Funding Rules for funding commencing in 2010 in the manner set out in the attached Schedule.
