Order for disclosure against defendant, now self-represented - at his request change of default address for service ordered by court on an earlier ex parte application for withdrawal by his solicitors
HIS HONOUR: I'll order that the defendant provide a list of documents relevant to the proceeding to the plaintiff's solicitors on or before 3 December 2009. That is by consent.
Order the defendant to pay plaintiff's costs of and incidental to the application to be assessed if not agreed.

HIS HONOUR: I'll also order that the defendant's address for service be 13 Albert Evans Drive, Worongary 4213, rather than the address indicated in the Court's order of 11 November 2009, unless and until notice of a different address is filed and served. That change represents the preference of Mr Grogan, who appeared today, representing himself. He told the court he lacked sufficient information to agree a figure for costs or to invite the court to fix them.
