Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 2 June 2015 the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union lodged with the

Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election, for the remainder

of the term, for the following office:

National Offices

National Divisional Delegate from Branch to National Council (as follows):

South Australian / Northern Territory Branch

Infrastructure Division (1)

[2]        On 2 June 2015 the abovenamed organisation also lodged with the Fair Work

Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election, for the remainder of the

term, for the following non-office positions:

New South Wales Branch

Branch Divisional Positions

Tram and Bus Division

Sub-Divisional Representative on Branch Divisional Committee (Council) as

follows):

Mona Vale	(1)
Pyrmont (Sydney Light Rail)	(1)

[3]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed office and non-office positions is

required to be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the

Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of

the election by the Australian Electoral Commission.
