Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 17 December 2015 the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union lodged with

the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election, for the

remainder of the term, arising from casual vacancies for the following offices/non-office

positions:

Assistant National Secretary (Tram and Bus Division)	(1)
NSW BRANCH
(1)
Tram and Bus Division, Branch Divisional President
Tram and Bus Division - Sub Divisional Representative on Divisional	(1)
Committee - Port Botany
Locomotive Division – Sub-Divisional Representative (Depot Organiser) -	(1)
Intercity/RailCorp Group Sub-Division – Eveleigh
Administrative, Supervisory, Technical and Professional Division - Sub	(1)
Divisional Representative on Divisional Committee - Metropolitan District
Group
Rail Operations Division - Sub Divisional Representative on Branch Divisional	(1)
Committee - Station Wages Staff Sub-Division (excluding Guards)

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices and positions is required to

be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work

(Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the

election by the Australian Electoral Commission.
