Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 8 March 2016, the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union lodged with the

Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to a casual vacancy election, for

the remainder of the term, for the following office and non-office positions:

New South Wales Branch

Branch Council Delegate

Affirmative Action (woman) (from the Rail Divisions)	(1)
Locomotive Division
ETR/Railcorp Group Sub-Division – Leppington Depot Organiser	(1)
Intercity/Railcorp Group Sub-Division – Gosford Depot Organiser	(1)

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed office and non-office positions is

required to be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the

Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of

the election by the Australian Electoral Commission.
