Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 6 May 2016, the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union lodged with the

Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to a casual vacancy election, for

the remainder of the term, for the following offices and non-office position:

Queensland Branch

Tram and Bus Division

Sub-Divisional Representative on Divisional Committee - Bowen Hills (Eagle Farm)

Depot (1)

New South Wales Branch

Tram and Bus Division

Sub-Divisional Representative on Divisional Committee – Brookvale Depot	(1)
Rail Operations Division
Station Wages Staff Sub-Division (excluding Guards) Vice President	(1)

[2]         I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices and non-office position is

required to be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the

Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of

the election by the Australian Electoral Commission.
