Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 18 May 2016 the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union lodged with the

Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for casual

vacancies, for the remainder of the term of office, in the following offices and non-office

positions:

Queensland Branch offices and non-office positions

Fleet Manufacture, Overhaul, Maintenance and Service Division

Delegate to Branch Council - Central District (1)

Fleet Manufacture, Overhaul, Maintenance and Service Division

Regional Representative to Branch Divisional Committee – Redbank Sub-Branch (1)

Tram and Bus Division

District Executive Officer - Southern District Executive (1)

Infrastructure Division

Regional Representative to Branch Divisional Committee – South West Region (1)

Victorian Branch offices

Tram and Bus Division

Sub-Divisional Representative on Branch Divisional Committee as follows:

[2]         I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices and non-office positions is

required to be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the

Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of

the election by the Australian Electoral Commission.
