Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2011.

Amendment of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Regulations 2000.
