1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2012.

1. Amendment of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Regulations 2000.
