1Name

This instrument is the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Amendment (2017 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2017.

2Commencement

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Clause 1 of Schedule 3 (table item 23)

Repeal the item, substitute:

23 Laser product with an accessible emission that exceeds the accessible emission limits of a Class 3R laser product, as set out in Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS IEC 60825.1:2014 Safety of laser products, Part 1: Equipment classification and requirements, published jointly by, or on behalf of, Standards Australia and Standards New Zealand, as existing on 1 July 2017
