Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1)¹

Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999.
