I, John Francis Laker, a delegate of APRA, under subsection 51(1) of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, VARY the instrument entitled Instrument fixing charges to be paid to APRA No 3 of 2004 – Representative Offices of Foreign Banks made on 27 May 2004 as specified in the Schedule.
