Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (confidentiality) determination No. 16 of 2009

Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998

I, Keith Chapman, a delegate of APRA, under section 57 of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998 (the Act) and under subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, VARY Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (confidentiality) determination No. 11 of 2009 (the determination) by inserting before the “;” in each of sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), and before the “.” in sub-paragraph (f) of paragraph 1 in Part 1 of the Schedule to the determination the following:

“or a prior reporting standard of the same name and number, for a reporting period ending between 1 January 2004 and 31 December 2008”

This variation has effect on the date of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
