1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Regulations 1998.
