  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Regulations 1998.

(j)the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) continued in existence by force of subsection 209 (1) of the Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing Act 2006;
