1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Prudential Regulation

Authority Amendment Regulations 2002 (No.). 1

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Australian Prudential Regulation

Authority Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Prudential Regulation

Authority Regulations 1998.

established by section 6 of the Superannuation
(Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993.
