1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Regulations 1998.
