Australian Postal Corporation Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Australian Postal Corporation Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:

 These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

3.   Regulation 20 (Disclosure by employees of Australia Post)

3.1   Paragraph 20 (2) (a):

Omit “30 September 1993”, substitute “30 June 1994”.

3.2   Subregulation (4):

Omit “12 months after they commence.”, substitute “at the end of 30 June 1994.”.
