1  Name of determination

This determination is the Australian Passports Amendment Determination 2014 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

This determination is made under section 57 of the Australian Passports Act 2005.

4  Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Australian Passports Determination 2005

1 Part 1 of Schedule 3 (item 1)

Repeal the item, substitute:

1. All foreign border authorities.

2 Part 1 of Schedule 3 (items 2 and 13)

Omit

3 Part 2 of Schedule 3 (item 9)

Repeal the item, substitute:

9.   All foreign border authorities.

4 Part 2 of Schedule 3 (item 10)

Omit

5 Part 2 of Schedule 3 (item 11)

Part3—Disclosure for purpose mentioned in paragraph 46(b) of Australian Passports Act

6  Part 2 of Schedule 3 (after item 3)

Repeal the items, substitute:
