I, ALEXANDER JOHN GOSSE DOWNER, Minister for Foreign Affairs, make this Determination under section 57 of the Australian Passports Act 2005.

1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Australian Passports Amendment Determination 2007 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Amendment of Australian Passports Determination 2005

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Passports Determination 2005.
