| Arrangement for conduct of election. |
[1] On 6 March 2015 the Tasmanian Branch of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery
Federation lodged with the Fair Work Commission prescribed information in relation to a
casual vacancy election for the following offices:
Branch Executive Committee Member (2) Branch Councillor (3) [2] On 13 March 2015, the Tasmanian Branch of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery
Federation lodged with the Fair Work Commission notification of a change to its office
holders due to the resignation of a Branch Councillor effective from 6 March 2015.
[3] I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under
the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the
Australian Electoral Commission.
