REGULATIONS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL

RAILWAYS ACT 19171

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian National Railways Act 1917.

AMENDMENT OF THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL

RAILWAYS REGULATIONS2

Amount prescribed for the purposes of section 23 of the AustralianNational Railways Act 1917

After regulation 1 of the Australian National Railways Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

“1A.

The amount of $500,000 is prescribed for the purposes of section 23 of the Australian National Railways Act 1917.”.
