  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Australian National Railways
Commission Regulations. *1*

Interpretation 


  2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act"
means the Australian National Railways Commission Act 1983.

  3. For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act, the amount of
$2,300,000 is prescribed.
