I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian National Railways Commission Act 1983.

Limitation on contracts

Regulation 3 of the Australian National Railways Commission Regulations is amended by omitting "$2,100,000" and substituting "$2,300,000".
