An Ordinance to repeal the Australian Mutual Provident Society Ordinance

1945

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Australian Mutual Provident

Society (Repeal) Ordinance 1982.1

Territory on the commencement of this Ordinance.

Repeal

2. The Australian Mutual Provident Society Ordinance 1945 is repealed.

Amendment of Sear of Government (Administration) Ordinance 1930

3. The Second Schedule to the Seat of Government (Administration)

Ordinance 1930 is amended by omitting from Part 3 "Australian	Mutual
Provident Society Ordinance 1945".
Lodgement of documents under Companies Ordinance 1962

4. For the purposes of section 346 of the Companies Ordinance 1962 the
Australian Mutual Provident Society shall be deemed to have established a
place of business and to have commenced to carry on business within the
