Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 16 December 2014 the Victorian Private Sector Branch of the Australian

Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union lodged with the Fair Work

Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices:

Branch President

Branch Vice-President (Women)

Branch Secretary/First National Executive Representative

Assistant Branch Secretary/Second National Executive Representative

Branch Executive Members (3)

Branch Executive Members (Women) (3)

Branch Conference Delegates for each of the following Industry Divisions:

Airlines Branch (6) (3 of whom shall be women)

Private Sector Branch (10) (5 of whom shall be women)

National Conference Delegates (6)

First Alternate National Conference Delegate

Second Alternate National Conference Delegate

Third Alternate National Conference Delegate

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
