AUSTRALIAN MILITARY REGULATIONS.

Statutory Rules 1949, No. 55.(a)

After regulation 56 of the Australian Military Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Powers of officers seconded to civil positions.

“ 57. Notwithstanding that an officer of the Permanent Forces is seconded therein on appointment to a civil position in the service of the Commonwealth, he shall, subject to any limitation imposed by the Military Board, have over any members of the Military Forces who are placed under his command by the Military Board, the like powers of command and punishment as if he were not so seconded.”.
