STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1951.*

Amendment of the Australian Military Regulations.
Regulation 237 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (2.), the following sub-regulation:—
“ (2a.) Where a soldier is detailed for duty in a canteen, the officer for the time being responsible for the administration of the camp or military station in which the canteen is situated shall, for the purposes of the provisions mentioned in sub-regulation (1.) of this regulation, be deemed to be the soldier’s commanding officer.”.
